Form Interpretation Algorithm (FIA)

Three phases of the FIA algorithm:

• select phase
  (can be affected by guard conditions, goto-next, goto-nextitem, submit and other control flow statements)
• collect phase
  (driven by a set of active grammars)
• process phase
  (driven by active filled blocks and/or platform events/errors which occurred during collect phase)
