  Added visualization of RuntimeMetadata ecore in Eclipse Mars

The ".aird" file replaces the ".ecorediag" file (which is kept for
backwards compatibility with older Eclipse versions). 
To use it, make sure you have installed the latest ecoretools bundle in
the Eclipse (Mars) and open the "Project Explorer" view (not "Package
Explorer")
