  FilteredKnowledgeContainer no longer sorts the role class instances - the component index is used only locally, the sorted property was not used apart from printing. Instead of printing component indices, the Z3 factory now prints the ids of the related components (as the indexes are no longer guaranteed to naturally map to component ids).
