[NSWI004] Toolchain instalation problem remains

Hello.

The conclusion of the consultation today was, that the static script 
simply should work and ultimately enable us to use the toolchain without 
further configuration.

What it did to me though (similarly to the dynamic one) was output

Toolchain packed into /home/..../temp/toolchain-mipsel-linux-gnu.tar.gz

and didn't add anything into /opt/.

What did I do wrong? Or, dumb question, I know, where should I unpack 
the .tar.gz for it to work?
