[NSWI004] Quiz updates and survey results

Hello,

> For those of you interested in the Mid Term Survey results from two weeks ago, we have posted anonymized results at https://d3s.mff.cuni.cz/files/teaching/nswi004/download/2020-mid-term-survey.pdf. We will also prepare a summary of the textual answers, but that will take a bit more time.

Some of you pointed out that the results lack the point scales explanation. Sorry about that, we have also posted the original form at https://d3s.mff.cuni.cz/files/teaching/nswi004/download/2020-mid-term-questions.pdf so that the results can be interpreted correctly.
