Dear students,

Some of you encountered problems with the deploy script.

The script runs openejb deploy with the -u option, which "Undeploys the 
app if deployed and/or deletes the file if it already exists in the 
server's apps/ directory.".

However, when deploying the app for the first time, deployment may fail 
with this option. I am not sure what the cause is.

As a workaround, you may remove the -u option for the first time running 
the script.
