[NSWI131] Points for late submissions?

Hi Pavel, all,

a few hours is not a problem. I did not yet come up with any rules - so let's agree to try to meet the deadlines in general, and if this does not work, we'll see what the problem is and try to find a solution. I'm perfectly aware that we may be in very different personal situations these days and what is a generous deadline for some might be an impossible target for others.

Do let me know if you see any problem, with deadlines or otherwise, preferably ahead of time.
