From mencl at nenya.ms.mff.cuni.cz Fri Apr 8 19:50:06 2005 From: mencl at nenya.ms.mff.cuni.cz (Vladimir Mencl) Date: Fri, 8 Apr 2005 19:50:06 +0200 (CEST) Subject: change of schedule Message-ID: Dear seminar attendants, please take note of the change of the seminar schedule: next week, the seminar will be held on Thursday, Apr 14th, 9:00, instead of the regular schedule on Wed, 9:00. Our distinguished guest, Vaclav Rajlich, will give a talk on JTracker: A Tool for Change Propagation in Java Abstract: During software evolution, programmers add new functionalities and release new versions of software. This is complicated work, particularly in large applications, and tools are needed to deal with it. In this paper we introduce a tool named JTracker that helps programmers implement change propagation in Java applications. We conducted a case study of a change in open source application JMeter, in which we used JTracker. The seminar originallly scheduled for Wed, Apr 13th (V. Holub, F. Plasil: Enhancing Behavior Protocols with Exceptions) has been rescheduled to Wed, May 4th, 9:00. I hope the special arrangement on Thursday will not be an inconvenience for you.
