[DEECo] Merge of jDEECo3 to master

Dear all,

it looks like we are using jDEECo3 as main version of jDEECo for our 
experiments. I know we have not yet ported all jDEECo2 features to new 
version. Anyway, as we have already released jDEECo3 to maven it makes 
sense to merge it into master.

So everyone who has some local changes should push them to Github so 
that we know what is the current state.

If there are no objections to merge I would merge the jDEECo3 to master 
tomorrow.
