Each turtlebots sensor/actuator made as DEECo plugin. Bacause BeeClick
is dependent on RosServices but may run independently on a bot. Until
now the RosServices instantiated also turtlebots sensors/actuators. Now
these are separate. ROS node for Bee Click was removed since now it was
redundant and ROS node for RosServices is the only ROS node used by
DEECo.

Specify message queue = 1000 for ROS topic listeners in jDEECo
- Otherwise default message queue size = 1 is used. Thus messages can be
lost. This triggers 75% loss of DEECo packets in ROS system.

Properly set follower robot ROS goal only when needed
- Setting new goal periodically just resets planner into working state.
We want to let planner struggle for a while so that it decides to reset
