[OSy] Kalisto 0.9.11

Dear all,

we have discovered a small bug in the binary implementation of the frame 
allocator in Kalisto. The frame_alloc() routine might have failed when 
using the VF_VA_USER flag even if the other arguments were correct.

Since this bug might bite you especially if you are implementing the 2nd 
extended assignment, we are releasing a new version of Kalisto. Please 
download and upgrade from the following link:

   http://d3s.mff.cuni.cz/osy/download/kalisto-0.9.11.tar.bz2

This version also improves some of the kernel APIs.
