In fact, I'm using rxvt-unicode v9.22, sorry for misleading. Urxvt is
still activelly maintained and it's unicode support is perfect.
When I set TERM to "xterm", everything works fine. I will stick with
"TERM=xterm-color" line in by .bashrc. Thanks for the hint.
