[OSy] Labs final results

Dear all,

I have added one more field to the SIS with your OSy Labs status.

"done" means you got the credit (zápočet).

"test" means you need to take the extra test (i.e. some of the tasks 
were solved via homeworks).

Please, contact me ASAP if you find any discrepancies.

For those who need to pass the extra test, please, mark your available 
times in a Doodle poll [1] (I will close the poll next Wednesday).
