[OSy] Subject survey

Dear all,

as the semester is almost over, we would like to have some feedback 
(mostly) about the labs. While there is the standard survey in SIS, we 
would like to have more detailed feedback.

Our survey is at [1] and we would be glad if you would find few minutes 
to complete it (the survey might seem long but most of the answers are 
simply grading difficulty of something on scale 1-5).
