[NSWI004] Information about grades in the repository

Hello,

we have updated the GRADING.md files in your grading repositories to also show the *current* grade you are entitled to, based on your points. This will naturally be updated as you collect additional points, but should help you see where you are currently standing, without the need to do the complex grading math yourselves :-)

As always, please mail us if you see any issues.
