[NSWI004] tester.py in WSL

Hi,
I am trying to work in WSL on the 01 assignment. There seems to be an
oversight in the code of tester.py. I have compiled my own msim and cross
compiler toolchain and configure.py is not able to find the toolchain by
default. However, that is ok because configure.py is configurable and you
can point it directly to your toolchain. But there is no option of doing
that to your testert.py...
Only solutions I can think of short of rewriting that program seem kinda
like hacks and I think they wouldn't be very portable and would
probably hinder me going forward.
