[NSWI004] Planned network outage starting 11PM

Hi,

today, the network administrators will perform a planned hardware upgrade in the Malostranska building. All network services will be down starting 11PM, expect the outage to last several hours. This should not affect the submisison deadline (which is in the AOE timezone), but you might not be able to reach GitLab or the lab machine for some part of that outage.
