[NSWI004] Grading for A01 (introduction to kernel)

Hello,

I will be uploading comments for A01 assignment to your grading 
repository shortly.

Generally, there was not much to comment on so do not be surprised if 
there are only few comments. Most things were said for A00 already.

Because of the issues with %u and %pF, these were awarded one extra 
point above the maximum of 10 if implemented.

Points were subtracted for functional errors or extremely unreadable 
code (especially if the issue was already mentioned in A00).

Extra points were added for your own tests, extended printk 
functionality (e.g. %08x as that complicates the parsing much more than 
%x8 or %pI or similar) or other nice features such as opcode mnemonics dump.
