To attend ManLang, VMM, or both, a conference registration is required. For ManLang, the registration includes a fee. For VMM, the registration is free (due to limited capacity, VMM registrations will be manually confirmed after registration).
The deadline for early registration is August 18, 2017, the late registration deadline is September 19, 2017, on site registration is possible as a last resort subject to capacity. Please consider registering early, it will not only save money but also help us organize things better!

Note that the fee is set in Czech Crowns (CZK), the current exchange rate revolves around 26 CZK for 1 EUR or 22 CZK for 1 USD (see https://www.cnb.cz/en/index.html for information).
- The regular fee includes access to the conference venue and use of conference facilities during entire ManLang, conference package, refreshment during conference breaks, 2 lunches and welcome dinner on Wednesday September 27.
- The student fee is available to students (both undergraduate and graduate) and includes the same features as the regular fee.
- The accompanying person fee includes refreshment during conference breaks and welcome dinner on Wednesday September 27, but specifically excludes attendance of conference technical program.
For accepted papers, at least one author must register before the camera ready deadline. Papers with no author registration will not be included in the conference proceedings.
Payments can be made by a credit card (VISA, Eurocard/MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club), or by a bank transfer (in CZK). For bank transfer, use the following account (mode OUR):
Please make sure that the bank transfer covers all bank charges and commissions applicable (mode OUR). Any such charges that are not covered will need to be paid on arrival.
Once you have completed the online registration form, you will receive a registration confirmation by email.
- For card payment, a scanned invoice for your payment (PDF) will be attached. The original invoice will be provided on site during registration, or can be mailed upon request.
- For bank transfer payment, a scanned invoice for your payment (PDF) will be issued on the reception of the payment. Again, the original invoice can be mailed upon request.
If any payment difficulties arise, please let us know so that we can assist you. Indicate your name as payment description or identification. Czech participants should use the "variabilní symbol" payment field as the invoice number sent after filling the form.
A cancellation must be made in writing to Action M Agency. If a cancellation is made on or before September 12, 2017, the payment will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 1 800 CZK. After September 12, 2017, no fees can be refunded. If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organization. Please inform Action M Agency as soon as possible. All refunds will be managed after the conference.
