About
- I am interested in Operating Systems, especially in high efficient storage solutions and networking. Currently, I am working on:
-
I got MS in Computer Science (Systems) from MFF Charles University — I worked on storage technologies with Peter Desnoyers from Northeastern University and Petr Tuma from Charles University. Before that, I was working on Software Defined Networking and Network Function Virtualization which was published at NetDev Conference. I also teach systems related courses as an adjunct lecturer. My thesis received an award for the best software thesis in the School of Computer Science.
-
I got MS in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) from CS dept. at FEE CTU. My supervisors were Ondrej Kuzelka and Filip Zelezny from IDA. My work on Lifted Relational Neural Networks was published in Journal of Artificial Intelligence Research (JAIR).
-
Before that, I got BS in Computer Science from FIT BUT. My supervisors were Tomas Hruska and Zdenek Prikryl from HW-SW Codesign Research Group (now CODASIP). I worked on Automated Testing System for HW-SW co-design.
-
During and around my studies, I worked at Red Hat twice, working on Fedora OS and Linux networking eventually and also had my own business on deploying open-source technologies in enterprise sector.
